With the recent successful Winter Olympics many will have seen Nordic or Cross Country Skiing and marvelled at the fitness of the athletes taking part. British athletes were competing and very much in evidence and in the summer months and when there is no snow, they along with their fellow competitors train on Rollerskis.
This wonderful inclusive and low impact activity that can be enjoyed outdoors and gives the participant a first rate cardio vascular and muscular conditioning. Understandably it also has the appeal for those who are Nordic Skiers and want to prepare for their winter holiday or Nordic Ski event. It is a great stand alone activity and can compliment any others from our range. However, a combination of a half day roller skiing, coupled with a half day mountain biking would guarantee a great day of outdoor fun and first rate exercise, in some superb scenery.
