Participation in outdoor activities leads to decreased stress levels and to increased self esteem and positive emotions.Participation also improves focus ,attention and imagination resulting in improved learning outcomes. We work very much with this in mind and our aim is to translate our passion for adventure into a lifelong love of the outdoors for our students.
The Director has worked and lectured in Outdoor Education prior to founding Capital Adventure Wales ,and as a company, we have a practical working understanding of your outdoor learning objectives.
Our hope is that each student develops an understanding and respect for the outdoors and an appreciation of nature and wilderness. We believe their day should be fun, educational and inspiring ,where they develop practical skills, challenge themselves and push boundaries, develop an increased self awareness and improve communication skills and team work.
We can arrange for our activities to be based at a suitable location close to you and endeavor to enable you to get the best outdoor outcomes from your day.
